2016 FISA Court Report Released

The government has released the second annual Report of the Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts on Activities of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Courts as required by the USA FREEDOM Act. The public copy of the report for calendar year 2016 is available below; classified copies will be provided to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and House and Senate Judiciary Committees.
