Lawfare Category Search Now Available
In recent months, it has become clear that a surprising number of people are using Lawfare as a research tool. This was most unexpected, and we frankly had never considered research ease when we designed the site. That said, we have begun making some adjustments in an effort to help people find the information they need from Lawfare.
Most recently, a team of Brookings Institution interns has spent a great deal of time categorizing and tagging all of the back posts.

Most recently, a team of Brookings Institution interns has spent a great deal of time categorizing and tagging all of the back posts. I have now added a category list to the sidebar (just underneath the search box) for those who are looking for information on particular topics. I hope to fix its unsightly visual appearance soon; yes, I know that it looks like someone sawed off the end of it. But PHP coding is not among my particular skills, so you'll have to be patient with me on that. In the meantime, it does work, and it should help people identify groups of posts on subjects of interest.Â
We will be rolling out additional search and research functionality in the coming weeks.
