For reasons we have not yet been able to determine, Lawfare has been down for the past few hours---since right around 10:52 am. Our apologies for the interrupted access to the site. For those of you who are wondering, we have no evidence to suggest any kind of attack, though we have not yet isolated either what may have caused the problem.
