The American Bar Association Standing Committee on Law and National Security has just released a new book, Patriots Debate: Contemporary Issues in National Security Law which will, I'm sure, be of interest to readers of Lawfare.  The book features 10 Point/Counterpoint chapters of debate on contemporary issues, ranging from the scope of Executive Power to National Security Letters, Cyberwar and Targeted Killings.  As a contributor to the volume I have a vested interest in its success so I won't take further advantage of my ability to call it to your attention other than to recommend it highly as a thoughtful and balanced treatment of many issues of concern.  You can buy the book at the ABA bookstore if  you like.
