Austin Lowe is a J.D. candidate and Global Law Scholar at Georgetown Law. He previously worked as a consultant focused on U.S.-China relations and Asia policy and often writes on issues at the intersection of trade, national security and China’s economic reform trajectory. He holds a master of arts degree in Asian studies from Georgetown’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he was the Harriet & C.C.
