Ben Harack is a DPhil Affiliate with the Oxford Martin AI Governance Initiative. He studies the prospects for international AI governance, with a particular emphasis on the potential for AI to trigger a world war and how to prevent that from happening. His background spans international relations, semiconductor physics, and a decade of full-stack software engineering in Silicon Valley.
