Bailey Ulbricht

Bailey Ulbricht is the founding executive director of the Stanford Humanitarian Program, a research program at Stanford Law School aimed at reducing harm in conflict settings, focusing in particular on the impact of technology. She has a J.D. from Stanford Law School and two masters' degrees from SOAS, where she was a Marshall Scholar.
