Christopher J. Fuller

Dr. Christopher J. Fuller is an associate professor in Modern U.S. History at the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom. He is the author of “See It/Shoot It: The Secret History of the CIA’s Lethal Drone Program,” published with Yale University Press in 2017, and is currently completing his second book, “The Hammer and the Scalpel: The American Precision Ethos and Culture of War”.
