
Carina Kaplan
Carina is a Master of International Affairs candidate at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs where she focuses her studies on cybersecurity and emerging technology policy. She has a strong background in public opinion and social listening research and has trained and consulted numerous progressive campaigns and leaders on how to counter mis/disinformation, online propaganda, and foreign influence. She also previously worked in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy.
