Claire O’Neill McCleskey

Claire O’Neill McCleskey is a Founding Partner of Clarity Compliance Consulting, a boutique sanctions consulting firm. Claire previously led OFAC's Compliance Division. She also served as a Senior Sanctions Policy Advisor. Before joining OFAC, Claire advised banks at Promontory in New York and led complex investigations at HSBC in London. Earlier in her career, Claire led Section 311 investigations at the FinCEN and served as FinCEN's Attache in Mexico. She began her career at InSight Crime.
