Christine McNeill

Christine McNeill is a Master of International Affairs candidate at Columbia University in the School of International and Public Affairs where she studies technology policy. Previously, Christine worked in counterterrorism and cybercrime analysis in local and federal law enforcement. She assessed the impacts of emerging technology, particularly cryptocurrency, on terrorism financing and financial crime. Prior, she conducted research at the Center for Security and Emerging Technology on the impacts of artificial intelligence on disinformation.
