Charlie Prior

Charlie Prior is a Stanton nuclear security postdoctoral fellow at RAND, where his research is focused on developing solutions to safeguard novel nuclear power plants. His other research interests include the impact of emerging technologies on US deterrence policy. He earned his PhD in nuclear physics from Duke University.
