Dominic Brennan

Dominic Brennan is a postdoctoral fellow in Technology and International Security with the Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation based in DC. His research investigates the role of nuclear energy in U.S. strategic security, and emerging technologies’ impact on the global nonproliferation regime. He earned his Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from Cambridge University before a two-year stint in the UK Civil Service.
