David Manners-Weber

David Manners-Weber is an attorney at Jenner & Block. He most recently served as Senior Associate White House Counsel, where he represented the President and the White House in investigations and oversight matters. Earlier, he was Counsel to the Commerce Department’s General Counsel and a White House vetting attorney.
