David A. Reese

David Reese is a career intelligence professional who served as Director of the U.S. Army Asian Studies Detachment, the oldest and largest OSINT activity in the Department of Defense, and as senior policy officer for technical collection for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. He currently chairs the Practitioner Committee of The OSINT Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting OSINT tradecraft and elevating the discipline.
