Eugenio Benincasa

Eugenio Benincasa is a senior cybersecurity researcher at the Center for Security Studies (CSS) at ETH Zürich, where he specializes on China’s cyber ecosystem. Prior to joining CSS, he worked as a threat analyst at the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers in Rome, Italy; as a research fellow at the Pacific Forum research institute in Honolulu, Hawaii; and as a crime analyst at the New York Police Department.
