Fiona Cunningham

Fiona Cunningham is an assistant professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research examines technology and international security with a focus on China. She is the author of “Under the Nuclear Shadow: China’s Information-Age Weapons in International Security” (Princeton University Press, 2025).
