Isabel Rowan Scarpino

Isabel Rowan Scarpino is a human rights advocate at the New York City Bar Association. Previously, she was a Program Administrator for the Energy, Economics, and Security Team at the Center for a New American Security. She graduated from Tulane University with dual degrees in International Relations and Philosophy.
