John Albanese

John Albanese is a shareholder in Berger Montague’s Minneapolis office working primarily in the Consumer and Mass Torts Departments. He has successfully represented plaintiffs and classes in lawsuits and mass arbitration proceedings in many areas of law, including in areas of consumer finance (including usurious lending), product liability, privacy, and unlawful tenant and employment background screening. He also frequently represents consumer advocacy organizations as amici curiae and is a frequent speaker at conferences.
