Jane Munga

Jane Munga is a fellow in the Africa Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where she focuses on Africa’s digital transformation and technology policy. She leads research on the Africa Technology Policy Tracker, a continent-wide aggregate of digital economy laws, policies, and regulations in Africa. Previously, she served as an adviser to the government of Kenya in the Office of the Cabinet Secretary for ICT and Digital Economy.
