Jen Rosiere Reynolds

Jen Rosiere Reynolds is a technology and operations leader specializing in operational governance, high-stakes decision-making, and adversarial information environments. She builds and scales operating models, teams, and systems that translate strategy into reliable execution under pressure.

Jen spent over a decade in national security and intelligence, in both uniformed and agency roles. This experience informs her approach to AI/ML, systems design, and operational frameworks, bringing the rigor, discipline, and risk awareness required in complex, adversarial settings.

Across intelligence, academia, and applied technology, Jen has led cross-functional delivery teams, established governance and risk frameworks, and developed products that make complex systems dependable in practice. She is known for aligning stakeholders, clarifying priorities, and driving execution in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

Some of her favorite work has included helping stand up the Center for Social Media, AI, and Politics at NYU, and leading a software and ML initiative in partnership with Princeton University and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, creating tools to analyze the information environment. Jen holds a master’s degree in government from Johns Hopkins University.
