Luke Moffett

Professor Luke Moffett is chair of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law at Queen's University Belfast. He is author of "Reparations and War" (OUP 2023) and "Algorithms of War" (Bristol 2026). The author is part of an international group of academics and practitioners working on a project examining reparation for civilians during armed conflict.
