Leonard Rubenstein
Leonard Rubenstein, JD, is Distinguished Professor of the Practice Emeritus at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, based at its Center for Public Health and Human Rights. He founded the Safeguarding Health in Conflict Coalition, is the author of Perilous Medicine: The Struggle to Protect Health Care from the Violence of War, and the recipient of the American Public Health Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award in International Health.
