Lakshmee Sharma

Lakshmee Sharma is a senior research analyst with the Technology and International Affairs program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She holds an M.Sc. in social anthropology from the University of Oxford and a M.A. in law and diplomacy from The Fletcher School.
