Matt Chessen

Matt Chessen is a Technology and Security Policy Fellow at the RAND Corporation where he leads initiatives on the geopolitics of artificial general intelligence. Chessen formerly served as a career U.S. Diplomat and the Deputy S&T Adviser to the Secretary of State, where he led Department AI strategy and initiatives on critical and emerging technologies.
