Mailyn Fidler

Mailyn Fidler is an associate professor at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and a faculty fellow at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard. She studies power, technology, and the law, drawing on criminal law, criminal procedure, and international law. Before entering academia, she clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and worked in strategic litigation at the intersection of the First and Fourth Amendments.
