Matthew Forst

Matthew Forst is a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps and an adjunct professorial lecturer at the George Washington University School of Law, where he teaches the federal prosecution of terrorism. A federal litigator with 19 years of experience, he has tried war crimes, homicide, and other serious cases as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.
