Noelle Kerr

Noelle Kerr is an active duty Army officer serving within the Special Operations Community and a recent General Downing Fellow. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy and a Master in Public Policy from the University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy.
