Neil Noronha

Neil is a JD candidate at University of Virginia School of Law. He holds a BS in Foreign Service and MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University and an MBA from Yale School of Management. He is a U.S. Navy reservist and previously worked for the White House National Security Council Staff, Department of Defense, and Boston Consulting Group.
