
Niharika Vattikonda
Niharika Vattikonda is a graduate student at the University of Oxford, where she is pursuing an MSc in Social Science of the Internet at the Oxford Internet Institute. She is a technology policy researcher with a background in health data privacy and digital health and has previously worked at the Future of Privacy Forum and the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. Niharika’s recent research has focused on genetic data privacy and reproductive health privacy rights in the United States following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
Through the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program, Niharika holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics (Quantitative) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was the first graduate from Duke University’s Digital Intelligence Certificate program.
