Paul Colborn

Paul Colborn retired last September from the Office of Legal Counsel of the Department of Justice, having worked at OLC for 38 years, another four years before that at DOJ’s Office of Legal Policy, and before that at the Senate Select Committee on Ethics and Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City. Paul’s principal area of work at OLC was separation of powers, with particular focus on congressional oversight and executive privilege.
