Patrick Hulme
Patrick Hulme is a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at Stanford's Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC), where he focuses on congressional-executive relations in U.S. foreign policy, deterrence theory, U.S.-China relations, and international security. He was previously a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the International Security Program at the Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a Ph.D. in political science from UCSD
