Rachel Alpert

Rachel Alpert is a Partner at Jenner & Block, where she co-chairs the firm’s National Security and Crisis and Human Rights & Global Strategy Practices. She previously served as Chief Counsel to the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control and as an Attorney-Adviser in the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Legal Adviser.
