Steven J. Lepper

Steven J. Lepper is a retired Air Force major general and judge advocate whose 35-year career included service as an advisor to senior commanders, Deputy Legal Counsel to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Commander of the Air Force Legal Operations Agency, military judge, and, finally, Deputy Judge Advocate General of the Air Force.
