Samuel Seitz

Samuel Seitz is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Oxford’s Department of Politics and International Relations and a Deterrence Futures Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute. He was previously a Stanton Nuclear Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Security Studies Program.
