Thomas N. Burrows

Thomas N. Burrows retired from the U.S. Department of Justice in February 2025 after working on international cooperation in criminal cases and various crime treaty negotiations for the past 26 years. He also served as chair of the International Cooperation Working Group of the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime from 2010 to 2024.
