Terence A. Check, Jr.

Terence A. Check, Jr., is Associate Chief Counsel for Infrastructure Security and Regulatory Programs at the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Department of Homeland Security. He teaches cyber and national security law at the Ohio State University and Cleveland State University. He previously served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of Texas and in the Operations and Enforcement Law Division within the Office of the General Counsel, Department of Homeland Security.
