Tom Koch is Vice President of Corporate Development at Principal Mineral, which focuses on supply chain resilience in critical minerals. His experience sits at the intersection of national security, structured finance, and industrial investment, having previously served at the Pentagon’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) and the U.S. Development Finance Corporation (DFC). He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds or has held affiliations with the Council on Foreign Relations and the Atlantic Council.
