Thomas H. Lee
Thomas H. Lee is Leitner Family Professor of International Law at Fordham Law School. He was a visiting professor at Columbia, Harvard, and University of Virginia law schools; from 2019 to 2020, he took leave to serve as special counsel at the Department of Defense. Before his academic career, he clerked for Justice David Souter and Judge Michael Boudin and served as an active-duty U.S. naval cryptology officer aboard submarines, carriers, and other combatants.
