Timothy Minter

Timothy Minter is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps and currently serves as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate at U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command. He previously served as a national security attorney at U.S. Strategic Command and the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade (Cyber). He holds a J.D. cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law and an LL.M. in Military Law with a concentration in national security law from the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center & School in Charlottesville, VA.
