Tymur Mykhailov

Tymur Mykhailov is an attorney licensed in Ukraine and the United States. In addition to practicing law and publishing on international law, he had worked on legal reform and digital transformation in Ukraine. In 2026, he was named a Fellow of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. He holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Donetsk National University, Ukraine, and an LL.M. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
