The age of AI is here, and with it comes a tidal wave of legal and policy challenges. To meet this moment, Lawfare is teaming up with the University of Texas School of Law to bring you Scaling Laws, a new podcast dedicated to navigating the complexities of artificial intelligence.

Hosted by Kevin Frazier, Senior Editor at Lawfare and the AI Innovation and Law Fellow at the University of Texas School of Law, and Alan Rozenshtein, Lawfare’s Research Director and associate professor of law at the University of Minnesota, Scaling Laws will bring you conversations with the developers, regulators, and visionaries at the forefront of AI policy. Through rapid response episodes and in depth interviews, we'll cut through the noise to analyze the issues that matter most.

Our first episode, on the unraveling of the federal AI moratorium, is available now. Find Scaling Laws on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, or wherever you listen.
