It has been another big year for Lawfare—one that has seen wider and deeper coverage of many issues both on our podcasts and on the website. The year brought live events and appearances at places like the Texas Tribune Festival. It brought The Report, our hit foray into serial podcasting.

We will continue to offer critical analyses of national security and legal matters, from world-class experts, at no subscription cost to the site’s visitors and listeners. We will never change the fact that Lawfare is free.

We produce the site as a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) entity, running Lawfare on a tight budget. Direct donations form a significant portion of our operational expenses.
