Two Recent GTMO Detention Wins for the Government

Second, Judge Walton today denied habeas to Tolfiq al-Bihani of Saudi Arabia (see here for the CSRT and ARB papers; note that this is not Ghaleb al-Bihani, whose case has generated a much-discussed D.C. Circuit opinion already). I don't have a link for the Tolfiq al-Bihani order or any reporting about it; I've just seen the order denying relief recorded on the docket.
