
Anne Boustead
Anne Boustead is a post-doctoral fellow at the Cybersecurity Project at the Belfer Center at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she researches legal and policy issues related to electronic surveillance, privacy, and security. Prior to joining the Belfer Center, she obtained a Ph.D. from the Pardee RAND Graduate School, where her dissertation focused on the interplay between commercial data collection and governmental surveillance. While completing her Ph.D., she was an assistant policy analyst at RAND, working on projects related to electronic surveillance, cyber security, and drug policy. She also has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
