Adam Chan

Adam Chan is the Director of the FCC Council on National Security. He also clerked on the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before clerking, he worked as a National Security Legal Fellow for the US House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party. When studying at Columbia Law School, he was a Student Contributor to Lawfare.
