Kim Cragin

Kim Cragin is director of the Center for Strategy and Military Power within the National Defense University’s Institute for National Strategic Studies. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge and is a widely published expert on counterterrorism, foreign fighters, and terrorist group adaptation.
