Richard Salgado
Richard Salgado is a lecturer at Stanford Law School, an Advisory Board Member of the Tech Law and Security Program at American University, and a Visiting Fellow for Surveillance & Security with the Cross Border Data Form. Richard is also the Principal Member of Salgado Strategies LLC, and serves the United Nations as a Senior Consultant. Richard was Google’s Director of Law Enforcement & Information Security for 13 years, and a federal prosecutor before that.
