The Senate Intelligence Committee released a redacted report on Russian active measures campaigns in the 2016 election. Vishnu Kannan is a 2L at Stanford Law School. Previously he was the advisor to the president at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and a researcher at Lawfare and the Foreign Policy Research Institute. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University where he studied international relations, political theory and economics.
