On Dec. 2, the ranking members for the three House committees tasked with managing the impeachment inquiry released a Republican staff report on the available evidence in the ongoing inquiry. The report decries the inquiry as "an orchestrated campagin to upend our political system" and argues that "none of the Democrats' witnesses testified to having evidence of bribery, extortion, or any high crime or misdemeanor."
